The TURBO5000 combines 480 W of total power with 1344 µmol/s PPF and three independently adjustable light channels: 380 W standard light, 60 W red + IR and 40 W UV. This lets you control not only brightness, but also the spectral emphasis throughout the complete plant cycle.

Important: More spectrum does not automatically mean more yield. Use UV and IR selectively rather than continuously at maximum output. Avoid looking directly into the LEDs and avoid unnecessary skin and eye exposure.

Make an informed decision

What grow area is the TURBO5000 suitable for?
120 × 120 cm is the recommended core coverage. Use up to 150 × 150 cm is possible at a lower target intensity, depending on growth stage, hanging height and reflectivity.
How is the power divided across the three light channels?
The standard 3000 K and 5000 K channel provides up to 380 W. The red/IR channel adds 660 nm and IR with up to 60 W. The separate UV channel provides up to 40 W. Together they deliver a maximum of 480 W.
Can the channels really be adjusted independently?
Yes. Each channel has its own control with OFF, manual adjustment from 15–100% and EXT for a compatible external controller. The 0–100% sliders in the interactive display are for illustration only.
Should UV run for the entire light cycle?
No. UV is a targeted supplemental channel. As a cautious starting point for established flowering or fruiting plants, the manual recommends no more than 2–4 hours per day. Reduce exposure if stress symptoms appear, and switch UV off before working under the fixture.
Is a Smart Controller included?
No. The fixture can be operated directly using its three controls. A compatible controller is available separately and can be connected via RJ14. Each fixture still requires its own mains power connection.
Can I use the fixture from the seedling stage through flowering?
Yes. Begin with low standard light and the supplemental channels switched off. Gradually add intensity, red/IR and later UV when the hanging distance, climate and plant response are appropriate.
How much electricity does it use?
At full power, the TURBO5000 uses 0.48 kWh per hour. This equals 8.64 kWh over an 18-hour day or 5.76 kWh over a 12-hour day. Consumption decreases accordingly at reduced settings.
Does the TURBO5000 have an integrated fan?
No. Heat is dissipated passively through the aluminum bars and housing. This avoids additional lamp-fan noise, but adequately sized grow-tent ventilation is still required.
