If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, so you have no worries.
Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel the order immediately before delivery.
After the item has been shipped, you can attempt to contact the logistics company to collect the item for return. If the item is successfully collected, the order can be canceled. Otherwise, you will need to return the item upon receipt.
30-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The prerequisite for a return is that your item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or delivery note with your return.
How to initiate a return:
Contact: Before returning any items, please contact our Returns Team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
Pack the item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories you provided. Include the RA number: Please clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Return: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your return has been received. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds

If your return request is approved and your items have been successfully returned according to our guidelines, your refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email. After the refund is processed, it may take up to 3–7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
